3.2 Malicious Activities

  • Conducting brute-force attacks, credential stuffing, or password spraying
  • Exploiting vulnerabilities in the Service or third-party systems
  • Creating or deploying botnets or automated attack tools

3.3 Unauthorized Access and Abuse

  • Attempting to bypass authentication or authorization mechanisms
  • Accessing other users' accounts, data, or organizations without permission
  • Reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling the Service
  • Scraping or harvesting data from the Service without authorization

3.7 Privacy Violations

  • Sharing sensitive or confidential information without authorization
  • Doxing or publishing private information about individuals

3.8 Service Interference

  • Interfering with or disrupting the Service, servers, or networks
  • Consuming excessive resources or degrading Service performance
  • Introducing bugs, errors, or defects into the Service
  • Tampering with or modifying the Service infrastructure

3.9 Fraudulent Activities

  • Using stolen or fraudulent payment methods
  • Creating fake accounts or using false identities
  • Manipulating test results or reporting false data
  • Engaging in billing fraud or chargebacks without cause

4. Testing Authorization

Before testing any website or application using the Service, you must:

  • Own the target: You must own or operate the website/application being tested, OR
  • Have explicit permission: You must have written authorization from the owner, OR
  • Have a legal agreement: You must have a contractual relationship that permits testing

Important: Testing third-party websites or applications without authorization may violate laws and regulations, including the Computer Fraud and Abuse Act (CFAA) and similar laws worldwide.

5. Responsible Testing Practices

When using the Service for testing, you should:

  • Use test environments and staging servers when possible
  • Avoid testing during peak hours that may impact production systems
  • Configure appropriate rate limits to avoid overloading target systems
  • Respect robots.txt and other access control mechanisms
  • Use test data rather than real user data when possible
  • Immediately report any vulnerabilities discovered to the appropriate parties
  • Follow responsible disclosure practices for security issues

6. AI Usage Guidelines

When using AI-powered features of the Service:

  • Do not use AI features to generate harmful, illegal, or offensive content
  • Do not attempt to manipulate or "jailbreak" AI models
  • Do not use AI features to impersonate individuals or organizations
  • Do not rely solely on AI-generated outputs without human review
  • Understand that AI-generated test cases may require validation
  • Do not input sensitive, confidential, or private data into AI features without proper safeguards

7. Third-Party Integrations

When integrating the Service with third-party platforms (Jira, etc.):

  • Comply with the terms of service and policies of the third-party platform
  • Only connect accounts and data you are authorized to access
  • Respect data access permissions and API rate limits
  • Do not use integrations to violate third-party policies

8. Account Sharing and Security

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account:

  • Do not share your account credentials with unauthorized individuals
  • Use strong, unique passwords
  • Enable multi-factor authentication when available
  • Immediately report any unauthorized access or security breaches
  • Do not create multiple accounts to evade restrictions or bans

9. Organization Member Responsibilities

If you are an organization owner or administrator:

  • You are responsible for the actions of members in your organization
  • Ensure all members comply with this AUP
  • Remove members who violate policies
  • Monitor organization usage for suspicious or prohibited activities
  • Maintain appropriate access controls and permissions

10. Reporting Violations
